I had the pleasure of working with Z & M while I was lead Interior Designer on a project not too long ago. Our clients hired Greg (Z & M) and myself to execute the designs they had dreamed of (for years) for their home. When they finally pulled the trigger, Z & M hit the ground running and the home is now everything we had hoped the home could be - and more. Greg has an utmost attention to executing my specific design details, and is a great communicator - which is extremely important in our industry and for me as the designer. If something wasn't done right the first time, he would make it right without any loss to the client. Since the large project we worked on was total 'gut job'/ addition, inside and out, we had lots of time to get to know each other better and help each other throughout the project. He met deadline after deadline and would find ways to better execute the overall construction timeline with great expertise. Our clients were/ are thrilled with the outcome and enjoyed the process along the way and Greg had everything to do with that. From beginning to end, it was a pleasure working with Greg and his craftsman as they built our beautiful new patio roof structure. Greg was very professional and his communication with us was excellent. We were given a detailed estimate of costs and a tentative timeline, and there were no surprises. Greg and his Z&M Construction team were absolutely AMAZING! Not only did the project come in on time and on budget, but every detail is perfect. Greg kept in touch with me constantly and consistently throughout the entire project (which lasted a year). I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. He would even call and give me suggestions that didn’t compromise the design but would save money. Greg is incredibly patient and detail oriented. He explained each process and asked me all the questions he needed to to ensure we would be happy with every single detail. I felt the whole time like this project was as important to Greg as it was to us. I now get to live in my dream house, and I am thankful for that everyday.
